 Have you gone from seminar to seminar only to learn what should happen, but when you get out in the real world you find out that it's not always what you were told? I know I did. It's not that the guy up there teaching you doesn't have the knowledge or the know how, it's just that real estate deals just never seem to go quite the way you plan. 
That is why it's so much fun to be an investor!

             

I'm Jerry Morgan and most of you know me not only as the facilitator of the South Shore Real Estate Investors Association but as an active real estate investor. I am out there every day building a future for myself and my family.

After several of you heard what I was doing, I was approached and asked if I would share my knowledge with you. I will admit that I was anything but thrilled about teaching. Paying a ton of money to watch me stand in front of everyone for two or three days and read out of a text book, and then telling everyone to get out there and do it themselves just wasn't my cup of tea.

That's when it came to me! Let's skip the text book and get out there with every one and actualy do it! I mean realy go out and do it! But how? You just can't walk through everything in a week end. So I decided to create an interactive full scale real estate education class that will go on for approximately 12 weeks depending on the project. This will include a full access mentoring program to get you off the bench and in the game starting day one!
